Who we are

Certably is a UK software product. These terms cover this website and the free calculators on it. Use of the Certably app is governed separately by the terms you accept in the App Store.

The calculators

The calculators are decision aids for competent persons. They are provided free and without warranty. They do not replace BS 7671, the IET Guidance Notes, the IET Code of Practice, or your own professional judgement, and they are not a substitute for testing.

You remain responsible for the electrical work you carry out and for the certificates you issue. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on a calculator result.

Pricing shown on this site

Certably is in build. Prices shown are indicative and may change before launch. Competitor prices shown for comparison are the list prices those vendors published on the date stated alongside them, and may have changed since.

Trade marks

BS 7671, the IET, BSI, NICEIC, NAPIT, ELECSA and Gas Safe Register are the property of their respective owners. Certably is independent of all of them and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Where we name a competing product it is for factual comparison only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
