Certably vs Tradecert

Where Tradecert is stronger

Where Certably is different
- Subscription pricing is not published on the App Store listing, so the cost cannot be compared here.
- Electrical only. PAT, fire and gas are not covered.
Which one should you actually use?
Stay with Tradecert if
Electricians who want a modern electrical-only app and are comfortable asking for a price.
Try Certably if
You work across more than one trade and object to paying four times for it, you want your certificates checked for problems before a client sees them, or you want a QS to review the actual certificate rather than pre-authorise a signature. Certably is new, so you are trading a track record for a lower price and a tighter workflow.
Being straight with you
Certably is in build. It is not on the App Store yet, it has no reviews, and it has not been tested by thousands of electricians the way Tradecert has. Every certificate layout is checked against the current BS 7671 model forms by a qualified engineer before it can be issued, but a checked layout is not the same as fourteen years of use. If you need something proven today, buy the proven thing.
