Why electricians go looking
In our experience the reason is rarely that the software does not work. It is usually one of three things: the cost of running several trades on separate subscriptions, needing a Qualified Supervisor to sign off work properly across a team, or wanting something that catches mistakes before a client or an assessor does.
Worth saying plainly: if none of those apply to you, switching certification software is a lot of disruption for very little gain. Familiarity has real value when a certificate is the thing you get paid for.

What actually matters
Does it work with no signal?
Plant rooms, basements and riser cupboards have no bars. An app that queues work to sync later is an app that loses work.
What does full coverage cost?
Compare the total for every trade you actually do, not the headline price of one. That is where the difference usually is.
Does it check your work?
A missing reading or an out-of-range Zs should be caught on the device, not by the person paying you.
How does sign-off work?
If you run a team, look closely at how a QS signature is applied and whether there is a record of what they reviewed.

Best for: Electricians who already use the same company's gas app and want everything from one supplier.
